Dissolved magnesium chloride is readily absorbed through the skin and is much more convenient than taking an Epsom salt bath. Simply spray around your body and the magnesium will quietly get to work.
Directions
Do a patch test on your skin (particularly if you have sensitive skin) before applying the spray all over your body. Spray the oil on your legs, arms, stomach, and back daily. It is absolutely normal to experience some tingling when used initially. As your bodies magnesium levels increase, the tingling will subside. Do not apply to freshly shaved skin. Do not spray near eyes or mouth.
Start by using just a few sprays on your skin; initially no more than five. Over the next few days, gradually work up to 10-20 sprays a day. For best absorption apply the magnesium oil in the crook of arms, back of knees, and stomach.
After applying the oil to the skin, you can either wash it off after 20-30 minutes or leave it. In case you are bothered by the sticky feel of the oil, use it at night.
