Directions
Light the end of the stick. Gently blow out the flames. It should still smoulder. Relight when it stops smouldering. You can either hold it or place in a heatproof container. Fan smoke with hand or feather over area, person or object to be cleansed. Enjoy the scent!

Dried plant and flower depending on availability.
Straight Sage, or a combination of Lavender, Marjoram, Calendula, Rosemary, Baby’s Breath, Lemon Balm, Rose, Thyme, and others.
